Buying our first home with Kara was EASY! We were new to the area and didn't know the first thing about buying a home. Kara not only helped to guide us to the perfect home, but made the entire process a breeze. She absolutely knows her stuff, and is professional, honest and reliable to boot. We used her referrals for a lender and home insurance and both turned out to be great. She even adorned our new home with a custom wreath (made of hops for our beer loving family!) and hand delivered Halloween treats and Thanksgiving pie. We can't say enough about our awesome experience!

I wish it were possible to give 10 stars!! Kara has been our agent for buying and selling a home, and she is truly exceptional!!! Kara genuinely cares for her clients and did everything she could to find a perfect home for us. She shared with us that when she is working on a deal, she thinks of our money as her money and will go above and beyond to secure the best possible contract for her clients (even if that means less money in her pocket when the deal closes). She worked tirelessly to communicate with the other realtor and with us. She maintains poise, professionalism and always exercises patience. I know she has many other clients and commitments, but she treated us like we were her priority, and I'm sure that all of her clients feel the same way!! In regards to selling our home, Kara's warmth, tenacity and professionalism truly set her apart from other realtors. She goes above and beyond to keep the process moving forward!
