Karen was very helpful in planning the sale of the property, in fact, she did all of the work. Karen took care of every detail and reported back to me regarding every potential client that viewed the property. She kept in constant contact with us and notified us of every detail. Karen went back to the house after each showing and made sure that the doors were locked and the lights were off, and then, reported back to me.Karen negotiated with the buyers and read her read on the situation was spot on. There was a professional looking out for us. Karen took care of the closing details and the transfer of funds and dealt with the fire department.
