After a successful banking career spanning over 33 years, I gained valuable customer service skills starting as a Bank Teller and rising through the ranks in various roles, including Business Development Officer, Branch Manager, and then Vice President. I decided to join Lynnway Associates as an Associate to enhance an already seasoned team, where I focus on servicing buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate. Due to my diligent efforts and loyal customer base, many of my clients have followed me from banking to real estate, allowing me to assist them throughout the home buying or selling process. Coupled with my years of service in banking, I thoroughly understand the mortgage process, which adds tremendous value to my clients. Rosa stepped in when we were not getting anywhere in finding a suits property. Within 72 hours Rosa had several viewings booked and we had 2 offers in place. Ultimately she brokered a great deal on the perfect place to purchase. She continued to work with us throughout the process and closing. She even helped communicate with the previous agents when we needed something fixing. She is an excellent agent and great ambassador for Real Satisfied.

Rosa was extremely responsive to all inquiries during the sales process. She was prompt responding to our questions, comments and need for assistance .The property in question involved an estate sale with several heirs.
