I have known Jill Fitzpatrick, and her family long before she was a realtor. I was always impressed with their honesty, and strong work ethic. Knowing Jill had become a realtor I knew if I needed one I would use her. I was even more impressed with her knowledge, and expertise then I imagined I would be. I put my trust in her, sat back, and the results speak for themselves. I had 27 offers on my home, and sold well over asking price. Jill made it easy for me to negotiate the overwhelming offers I received, and helped me pick the most qualified buyer. My closing went off without a hitch. Jill had my house full of prospective buyers, which really produced results. I could not be more grateful, or impressed. It was all a fluke really. I was new in town and didn't know anyone. I needed a realtor, so I googled realtors in my new area. Agent Pronto popped up so I took a chance.
