We literally just got the keys to our new home and I am more than happy to fully recommend Ken as a realtor. We are first time home buyers and he made this process easy every step of the way, always making sure we knew what was happening and what was coming up. He provided as many recommendations as he could for our upcoming needs -- movers, handymen, etc. He also has extensive background regarding mortgages and helped us find a lender who was the perfect fit. The LA housing market is crazy and we were so glad to have Ken on our side. He's also delightful to work with, which is an added bonus. Ken helped us to find our home in Thousand Oaks CA. First of all this is his full time work and he takes it serious and give his all. He used to be a loan officer for a reputed Bank and that background, connections and knowledge definitely helped us through this process. He worked hard and showed us all the properties ( which was a lot) in timely manner without any hesitance and even showed some more than once due to our work schedule. He is easily reachable and corresponded with us through out the process promptly. He guided us through the process , what need to be done ( and not to be done) to find the home that is suitable for us and not to settle for something less in this very competitive market. He kept in touch with our loan officer through out the process and make us feel at ease.
This is the NOT our first property, we have done this before but Ken is undoubtedly the best realtor that we have worked with. He made us feel like we are his only customers ( we were def not) and we will recommend him to our family and friends in a heartbeat.

As a first-time homebuyer, Ken is the kind of realtor I didn’t know I could hope for. He’s trustworthy, accessible, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth.

Important things to know: he always responded right away and told me ahead of time when he’d be in meetings.
