As I was exploring Long Beach for a second home while I am on semi-retirement, I did my research on real estate agents to find one who had been in Long Beach, proper, for a while and also was knowledgable of Long Beach's famous gay scene. Ken was definitely knowledgeable and well keyed into the Long Beach community at large and also determined based on what I was searching for a modern style condo. Ken was personable, was able to help me out with challenges with my finding a place (including allowing himself a whole Saturday on two days' notice to look at places with me) as well as getting settled. I strongly recommend him as an agent and if I need to ever find another place in this area again, he would be on the top of my list.

My wife and I were first time home buyers with a TON of questions when we first started our home buying adventure. Ken made it so easy and as stress free as possible during the entire process! He is calming and respectful of all situations that we brought up and he is a MASTER negotiator! After we closed escrow I even had the selling agent reach out to explain to us how great of a job Ken did in securing our first home!
