There is simply no better realtor than Krista. From her knowledge to her communication throughout the home buying/selling process she is 2nd to none. She goes above and beyond for her clients and makes it so easy on you. We will never use another realtor. We have used her for both of our houses we bought and she sold our 1st home for us in a day. She is the best, period!

We were referred to Krista after having an awful experience with a previous realtor when going through our first home buying experience. I can’t say enough how grateful we are that we made the decision to switch realtors. In our initial phone call with Krista, she asked us more questions than our previous relator ever did. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of finding the perfect home for us. My husband and I were blown away at the amount of knowledge and expertise she had for each house we were shown (i.e., signs of water damage, shape of foundation, etc). Krista was phenomenal every step of the way! She answered every question with ease - she was very knowledgeable about the area, and she responded to my emails and questions very quickly which was important to me. She was also very friendly and was never bothered by the constant questions I seemed to have.
