I'm Laura Frantz with the Coastal Living Team at Nix & Associates Real Estate. My family and I live in beautiful Punta Gorda, however, I am an Indiana native! I moved here over 8 years ago, married the love of my life, and fell further in love with Southwest Florida.

My team consists of myself as the team leader and Sydney Copeland who is a buyer specialist. We specialize in Charlotte and Sarasota counties. My real estate journey began by learning from working with a unique company that had experience in all aspects of real estate, starting with land sales and eventually evolving into one of the largest buyers of bank foreclosed REO properties in the United States.

We specialize in helping customers purchase and sell single-family homes, condos, investment properties, and rental properties. We've also helped many with purchasing their first home, vacant land, and new construction homes. Most importantly, we strive to provide the best customer service experience possible!
