Jill saw my wife and I through a long-distance attempt to buy a cottage on Pine Island. She represented our interests in price negotiations and arranged for an extensive inspection prior to completing a contract. That inspection disclosed serious moisture and mold issues. Jill accompanied the inspector and immediately made us aware of the scope of the problem. We were able to withdraw our offer and avoided a severe economic penalty. Needless to say, Jill did an outstanding job from beginning to end. I'm only sorry we were unable to complete the purchase.
