Where do I start!! Laura is absolutely Amazing Top Tier. This journey on relocating from the Midwest to South Florida began in 2020 on a house hunt turned apartment hunt would not have been possible without this wonderful patient diligent realtor. From traveling back and forth between the two places trying to meet was nearly a headache more demanding than a headache because Laura remain so calm and peaceful about the whole processes.. trying to make so many deadlines and under delimaas for going back to school for another degree and employment start date I realized getting a home immediately would not be the best route especially not knowing the neighborhoods well just yet. Laura agreed not wanting me to feel rushed-so it went from house hunt to apartment/condo hunt. Same monster by a different name lol but laura made the process so smooth she was so so patient I can't stress that enough. She was so helpful and for sure trustworthy. Everyday she was sending something for me to look at detailed with what would be needed to to make process as swift as possible , checking in nearly daily or every other day. She was an excellent liaison between myself and the owners. I had only met with her in person only twice but from that she was able to help me find what I needed a lovely 2 bed room 2 bath WITH MY TUB(I was stressing how I need a tub). She knew exactly what I was looking for. She absolutely went above and beyond with handling the transactions for me so that I would not have to keep taking constant flights and making sure I would not get taken advantage of. She was keen on the detail of everything the neighborhood and making sure it was safe and friendly given i was coming from out of state; she was attentive to the upkeep of the area the maintaining of the units being viewed and I appreciate that. My words really does no justice to the amazing realtor she is but also the beautiful soul she has. I really could not have made this journey this smooth without all of her help.. It evident she loves what she does and takes pride in excellence. She couldve easily called it auits but she didnt she guided me through this entire process and saw me through to the end.I plan to buy in the next year or two as I will nearly be done with law school. Usually the hardest part is finding a great realtor than you can trust. Looks like I've found mine ahead of schedule. There is no doubt of who ill be bringing my service too.
