Pleasure to work with. Lin Litaker was very helpful in providing names and phone numbers that solved my contacts issues of such a quick sale and settlement as I now lived out of NC. I have recommended her to my friends in the area.

Lin was best agent and so was Trudy that I could have asked for. If they did not have answer they got it in a timely manner.

Lin did an excellent job in evaluating, listing and selling my land lot in Cannapolis. She's very engaged and fast in her reaction. Different from others she practices what she preaches. She kept me in tight loop about all developments and sold the property for a very reasonable price in a few days. I wish I had more properties to sell with her ;)

I needed someone with an understanding and experience with deed-in-lieu, REO's and could sell a property quickly. Lin met and exceeded all of my expectations.

Lin was key in quickly obtaining borrower signatures and solved problems that were challenging for me as an out-of-town owner. Lin's local market knowledge and vendor list along with her tenacity resolved my issues quickly and cost-effectively.

Ms. Litaker is a person one can trust. She has a lot of knowledge about real estate, and one can count on her to keep one informed through the entire process of purchasing or selling a home.

She was a public school teacher, and she knows how to work effectively with the public which takes a lot of patience.

I have used her services on at least three occasions, and I am well satisfied with her professional services. I would use her again without hesitation!

Lin was referred to us by Cliff & Julie Daine. They're favorable recommendation was critical. We had been working with another firm (without a contract) whose agent seemed more interested in a quick sale than finding what we needed/wanted.

Lin was very professional and friendly.

If Lin was unable for some reason to meet with us she made arrangements for another agent to be with us.

Staff - mostly other agents - that we met in the office were extremely friendly and seemed genuinely interested in the success of our transaction. Aside from Lin, a special shout out to Cary Grant - the Vince Lombardi poster is in our son's bedroom.

Lin has been (and still seems to be) interested in making sure we're satisfied with our real estate purchase.

Moving to a new state can be daunting. We were looking for an old home that was part of Salibury's history that wouldn't drain our resources. Lin Litaker, listened to us and diligently searched the area for exactly what we were looking for and we found it. The paperwork was handled quickly and smoothly. She went the extra mile assisting us with recommendations and lists of reliable home inspectors, contractors, etc. All of this to ensure that our purchase could be restored and would not deplete our resources. Lin was there supporting us every step way. I would recommend Lin to anyone looking to purchase a home in the area. We were looking for an agent and feel as though we found a friend in Salisbury.

Lin was great. She was patient, accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. I had never been to Salisbury, NC, and decided to up and move after 20 some years in WV. Lin showed me around town and the neighborhoods that would be a good fit for me. She was available when I needed her and she kept me grounded when I started to feel anxious. It was as if she knew what I needed more than I did. This couldn't have been a better experience and I will forever be grateful for her real estate expertise, knowledge of the area and the kindness, honesty and professionalism she showed throughout the entire process.
