Ms. Lindsi Lange was very professional and helpful throughout the sale process. We had interviewed several potential agents before we decided to work with Ms. Lange. We had already built our new home out of state and were quite anxious to sell our home in Apple Valley. Ms. Lange remained positive but realistic keeping in touch with us despite us being out of state. She was enthusiastic, friendly and helped keep the process as simple as possible. Lindsi was the agent on duty when I called for information on selling my property. She was very personable and easy to talk to and seemed very knowledgeable.

Lindsi was instrumental in advising me how best to sell my rental property by upgrading interior and exterior to make more attractive to buyers. I gave her the responsibility of choosing interior upgrades and giving me choices on how best to proceed with the best prices of work involved. She was outstanding in handling all aspects of the sale especially when there were unforeseen challenges.

Lindsi was always upbeat! Right down to her phone answering service/voicemail. Really enjoyed every part of working with her on this sale. There were challenges with buyers and loans but she handled everything very professionally and kept me informed.

What’s there not to say about Lindsi Lange? She’s the type of realtor you want to take with you when you move! Lindsi made the sale of our house seem like such an awesome personal experience instead of the business transaction that it was. Any questions or concerns we had she was readily available to answer and put us at ease. Also, very knowledgeable about the whole process of what it would take to get our house sold. Lindsi’s marketing tools and that of Century 21 Fairway proved to be one of the best! She was definitely willing to go above and beyond for us and treat us like we were her only customer. Who can say they’d actually miss their realtor? We can!! Thank you so much Lindsi!!!
