Marcia did a fantastic job for us! She stuck with us for several months until we found the right place to bring our family to Tennessee. You can tell we weren’t just a paycheck to her. I highly recommend Marcia Reynolds. When my husband and I sold our home, we chose Century 21 mainly because of their name recognition, but also because we had had a negative experience with a different reality company when we bought our new home. We hoped for a better experience with Century 21 and we definitely got it with Marcia. She is well informed of area prices and is dedicated to getting the best price and contract for her customers. We felt she was honest, forthright, quick to respond to inquiries and questions, and always professional. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience or the outcome. You won't go wrong with choosing Marcia Reynolds as your realtor.

I called Marcia on a Monday and she had our home listed Wednesday morning. Marcia was very helpful with the selling process. We constantly blew up her phone and she took every call and guided us a long the way. I would highly recommend her if you are planning on selling your home.

Marcia was the best. We relocated from AR. She always made sure that we saw houses that we wanted to. She always made sure that we knew the good, the bad, and the ugly( if she knew) about a house. I would HIGHLY recommend her. She is definitely the best.

During the purchase of our new home in Sharpsburg, Ga. Marcia and her staff helped us get documents back and forth to aid us with getting electronics documents back and forth. Their office and staff were made available to us. Our computer service at home had already been turned off and without their help we would have had to rely on strangers to receive and transmit documents. This is only a small example of Marcia assistance during our relocation. Truly appreciate her and her many talents. She was always present for us.
