It was a great experience working with Marcus. We began to sell our house right at the beginning of the market downturn but Marcus was able to get top dollar for us. As the homeowners, we probably should have been more stressed out in this situation but Marcus's knowledge and foresight really helped navigate us through the housing market uncertainty and kept us at ease. As a realtor should, he advocated for us and tried to get us the best deal possible and he did. He was punctual and it was very easy to contact him if we had any questions or concerns. We had to fire our first realtor because he couldn't work with us. He advised us on things we didn't want .He was very hard to reach. and down played the value of our three properties. Interviewed and hired Marcus and it has been so pleasant and worry free to have him find the right qualified buyers and price for the last two properties (one 11acre land). With all communications, he got back instantly. He always listened to us and never pressured us to lower price because of the time on market as the previous realtor did.
We all agreed to raise the price from what the first realtor suggested, after Marcus did his research. He always listened to our concerns.
