As the homeowners, we probably should have been more stressed out in this situation but Marcus's knowledge and foresight really helped navigate us through the housing market uncertainty and kept us at ease. As a realtor should, he advocated for us and tried to get us the best deal possible and he did. He was punctual and it was very easy to contact him if we had any questions or concerns. I needed to sell my Vancouver, WA home after moving out of state (Marcus had helped us buy the home from out of state, too!). Timelines were tight because we were carrying two mortgages and I had to renovate the old home and get it listed. Marcus advised us and did multiple walkthroughs to tell us what would be best to focus on as far as renovations went. Once I wanted to start the listing process Marcus had 3d tour and photographers out very quickly and we got listed super quick. Marcus also regularly went to the home to handle odds and ends that we couldn't from 1900 miles away and hired in great folks for anything else. We got our home sold in less than 2 months and that was with one of the buyers falling through! Marcus got the home back on the market quickly and we had another offer within a week. Marcus was also very open and transparent about offers and showings, etc. so we could be fully informed about what was going on with home.
