Mark and Stephanie are the definition of professional. Not once did we worry about the process of selling or buying a house. They made the whole experience so stress free for my wife and I. Doing anything with a two month old baby at home can get hectic. We knew we were in good hands. Without a doubt I will be contacting Mark and his team for future home decisions.

A great overall experience

Mark and Stephanie are more than we could have expected from a real estate team. Both are polite, prompt and understanding. Mark and Stephanie are a great asset for this Coldwell Banker office.

Mark has always been honest, sincere, accurate, efficient, and focused on our needs when we consult him regarding a possible real estate transaction. He has YEARS of experience and is well connected with other agents, brokers, buyers, sellers, and contractors. Working with Mark is transparent and easy. He is a stress reliever and this is extremely valuable. But, of course, you already know this as I am certain that you have heard it from many other clients over the years!

Quite simply, he excels at all of the above. He would be a spectacular mentor to other agents.

I appreciated the Open House that was conducted, even though it did not produce a buyer. Mark kept us informed with weekly status reports via email and phone conversations as well. We felt valued as clients and that he always placed our urgency to consummate a sale foremost in his thoughts and negotiations. We truly felt that he was by our side throughout the entire process. This is extremely important and Mark excels at this ability, remaining focused and energized to find a buyer and bring the transaction to a successful closing.

Mark's assistant, Stephanie Kirby, was excellent throughout the process of our transaction. She was quick to respond to voice mails and emails, always equipped with pertinent information and an ability to soothe our anxieties. She is a superb addition to Mark's team. Also, we enjoyed the receptionists on multiple occasions when we visited the office. They were quick with a friendly smile and comment, and always offered us a cold bottle of water or a cup of coffee. Please tell them thanks for their hospitality.

We were able to obtain a sales price that we were pleased with, we were able to sell the property in a relatively short time period, and the entire process was hassle free. We were kept informed along each step of the way and felt as if our business was appreciated and that we were valued as clients. Mark Vilas earned an A+ with me in every aspect of looking for the right home for my family . I told him my price range , my mortgage payment cap per month and Mark did the work for me. I was apprehensive in the beginning Mark made it so easy for me.

Mark and his staff were patient with me, explained things to me in terms that I could understand, and took care of me as if I was family. Can't say any more. I think this man is a great person.

I am older and have a hard time hearing and understanding. Mark worked with my daughter and they made a excellent pair and transaction went very smooth.

Better keep him. Explains everything so everyone understands what is going to happen. Worked very well with my daughter. A very nice person.

Every thing was just great. The way Mark and my daughter worked together resulted in a quick sale.

Mark Vilas was absolutely outstanding and went over and above what I expected from an agent. I had to sell a vacant house remotely, while living in another state. Before I started the process, I thought I would have to travel back to the Cincinnati area at least once or twice in order to sell the house. As it turns out, I never had to travel at all. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the local market. He provided tips and referrals that allowed me to efficiently gain additional information I needed and quickly make necessary decisions. He helped me figure out which small home improvements were needed to give the home more curb and walk-through appeal, assisted in getting the advertising correct, and answered questions I had relative to the local market and pricing, which allowed me to make good decisions about an initial list price. The house sold the first day it was officially listed. He even represented me at the closing so that I would not have to appear in person or have documents shipped to my home to obtain remote signatures.

The whole experience left me feeling like I could have never done it without his guidance and assistance, especially in the amount of time that we actually accomplished everything from first phone call introduction to final closing. I feel like I have made a friend in the process. In fact, I plan to look him up and thank him in person when I eventually have the opportunity to get back to the area for a visit.

I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone I know planning to sell a home in his coverage area.
