I was going through a divorce while selling the property and my wife at the time was very hostile. Mary had to jump through a bunch of hoops to make this sale happen. I would recommend her she was patient and got the job done.

The house sold for $20k more than I was expecting and Mary did a great job jumping through hoops because I was going through a divorce at the time. But every problem that came up she found a solution to in a timely manner.
