Megan is amazing. She will search high and low to find exactly what you’re looking for, and then when you do get an accepted offer, she not only walks you through every step of the process, but she will literally go to bat for you when people aren’t doing what they’re supposed to. She is sweet as pie and left the cutest congratulations gifts in our new home, but has no problem standing up for you when it’s necessary. I truly value every single thing she did to get me and my family into our home. Thank you, Megan! And anyone on the fence? She’s phenomenal. She knows her stuff, inside and out, has an incredible network of professionals for literally anything you could need for your home, and genuinely cares about her clients. So, so grateful that I found her!

Megan is THE best. She did the work of two realtors during the sale of our house. She also assisted us with buying our new home at the same time. We closed on both on the same day. She was always reachable and no request was too small for her. She was always patient but was a bulldog when it came to enforcing deadlines and requests on our behalf. I couldn't recommend her more.

Megan did a very good job listening in our first meeting and from that she was able to create a simple introduction about the property that touched on everything that was important to our family after 58 years living at that property, including how meticulous my mother was and that wasn't really discussed she just picked up on that..to Mom, my brother and myself it was extremely thoughtful and needed to be said. She was always very quick to respond to texts, phone, etc.
She brought to our minds possibly staging the house which was an awesome idea. So much more could be said but I'll leave saying this.. Megan is a great people person who doesn't waste time on anything and very knowledgeable about what she does..thanks Megan
