If you’re considering Stone Real Estate, you should probably stop your search; you’ve found an excellent team. I can only speak to buy-side representation, but Mike and Ben were able to hit the ground running with us. Their knowledge of the area was extensive, and their responsiveness was top-notch. Mike’s attention to detail really needs to be lauded. He knows much more than your average agent about build quality and things to look out for. More importantly, he knows contracts and caught important details that were missed by others (one was even the title company!). In a state where real estate lawyers aren’t typically involved in the transaction of buying or selling a house this kind of contractual knowledge is incredibly important. Mike comes across as exceedingly kind and gentle, but make no mistake, he knows the ins and outs of negotiating & I’ve witnessed them advocate for positions that would directly cost them money, but did so because that was best for the client.

Mike and Ben did an excellent job of selling my house very quickly and for a great price. I would use them again and highly recommend them.
