I am writing this to express to anyone reading, that Mike is the greatest! He found us exactly what we were looking for; a turn-key house, off-market and under-market rate. It wasn't a miracle, it was due to Mike's unrelenting efforts. Mike always had good places for us to look at & accurately predicted the ones that would cause a commotion & go for more than the asking price. Mike met us whenever we saw something we thought we wanted, even though it was not always the best use of time. Mike has more knowledge and experience than he immediately lets on. He gave us many insights and pearls regarding local codes and the ins and outs of septic, wells, termites and other stuff we weren't knowledgeable about. My loan offer included a VA loan and real estate agents commonly feel that VA makes their job too hard. Mike Stone never wavered and Mike never made me feel like I was on my own.
Traditionally, I would try to avoid real estate agents because I feel that they are just phoning in what anyone could do themselves but Mike Stone worked for it.
