First, let me say that I am very happy with Mike Stone. He is kind, prompt and professional.

My loan offer included a VA loan and real estate agents commonly feel that VA makes their job too hard. Mike Stone never wavered and Mike never made me feel like I was on my own.

Traditionally, I would try to avoid real estate agents because I feel that they are just phoning in what anyone could do themselves but Mike Stone worked for it. Mike made sure that I did not make any mistakes when negotiating and he was acutely aware of the differences between a VA loan and conventional lenders. He kept the selling agent on point and I feel he saved me a lot of legwork and worry.
