I am writing this to express to anyone reading, that Mike is the greatest! He found us exactly what we were looking for; a turn-key house, off-market and under-market rate. It wasn't a miracle, it was due to Mike's unrelenting efforts. Mike always had good places for us to look at & accurately predicted the ones that would cause a commotion & go for more than the asking price. First, let me say that I am very happy with Mike Stone. He is kind, prompt and professional. My loan offer included a VA loan and real estate agents commonly feel that VA makes their job too hard. Mike Stone never wavered and Mike never made me feel like I was on my own. Traditionally, I would try to avoid real estate agents because I feel that they are just phoning in what anyone could do themselves but Mike Stone worked for it.
