I have been involved in some capacity in real estate for over 25 years, currently with a sales volume exceeding $6.5 million. Since 1996, I have worked in real estate across Chicago, Virginia, and North Carolina. Additionally, I spent 13 years assisting real estate attorneys by processing the paperwork required for closings. During this time, I gained valuable knowledge about tenancies, estate information, and business entity formation classifications.
