Here is my review of my real estate selling agent, Michele Salyer.
Not long ago we closed on the sale of my house at 235 Dublin Ct. Newport News, VA 23601. Michele Salyer was our selling agent.
CHARACTER
Michele proved to be ethical and honest in all her dealings. Also, she was very personable. She was not in it for a quick buck. She believed in the proper price for our home and kept working until the house finally sold. Some agents would have reduced the price multiple times in order to sell it faster and get a quick commission in our bad market.
BACKGROUND AND TRAINING
Michele understands the sales process from both the legal and marketing standpoints, since she started out as a paralegal for a real estate lawyer. She has a number of years of experience as a full time sales agent.
HOUSE CONDITION ADVICE
She was knowledgeable and shared her opinion on what we should spend our money on to update and repair our home. She compared the house with other sales and comparable offerings

Our job is to absorb that stress, problem-solve, and guide everyone to the finish line as smoothly as possible.
