Oh michelle my knight in shining armour and the badass when need be...she reminds me of the Billy Joel song... she's always a woman to me !!!! She knows what you want even when you might not know what you want... controlled aggression and superior sense of sniffing out issues and problems in property..I have met and talked to 4 other agents from prominent enterprises and I have not met someone who has such a holistic approach and foresight from day 1... attention to detail and timing is impeccable .she would be an asset to any real estate company heck she can start one of her own!

Michele really listened to what we were looking for and the price we were willing to spend. She also really understood that we needed to get the best possible price for our home in Apex. Michele made the whole process of both buying and selling so much less complicated and very understandable and she was so willing to listen, really hear and make suggestions. She didn't waste our time showing us homes outside of our price range or distance requests. Michele is really awesome to work with; we highly recommend her!

Michele was awesome, she worked with us for almost a year (at least it felt that way). She was always quick to respond within a few hours at most. She dedicated time and effort to our specific needs and wants. We found the home that was perfect for us with her help and got a great price with her assistance in the negotiations. The sellers we had were not so great on doing repairs, they did none. Michele helped us receive seller credit and the companies to handle the work that needed to be done. My mother is going to be moving into the area and is definitely going to use Michele. I hope this helps anyone looking for a real-estate agent as she is by far the best one to have on your side.
