We had reached out to another agent to go and see a house we liked, she ended up telling us (in nicer terms) it was a long shot that we would get that home because we would have to sell a piece of land to afford it and it probably wouldn't still be on the market by the time the Iand sold. I was a little upset with that realtor and decided that that home was not meant to be.

Nonetheless, we listed the land and went through getting a preapproved. In that process we met Michelle. Knowinf the land situation she still encouraged us to look at the house, we ended up falling in love with it. She encouraged us to reach out once the land was sold and we could work on an offer.

Several months later the land was and our dream home was about to go off the market since it hadn't been sold. She encouraged us to make an offer even if it was low, we did and it was accepted! She helped us secure a home loan when our initial one fell through and helped coordinate things with a wishy-washy seller!

Michelle was always professional and patient. She took us to many homes, so many that I felt the need to apologize several times, but she each time reassured us that she wanted us to take our time and find our forever home. She delivered 100% with our request to visit the homes we were considering. Very knowledgeable about upcoming DOT road construction and have awesome knowledge of the 2 counties of where we started our search. She made the entire process so easy for us.
