Michelle went above and beyond. She was very informative of all the information that we needed and very resourceful for finding everything we needed to make sure our New home was safe. Very knowledgeable about home safety, rotted trees and warning us of things to look for. She fought hard to make sure the seller did their due diligence and to make sure they sold us a home that was safe and secure.

We had reached out to another agent to go and see a house we liked, she ended up telling us (in nicer terms) it was a long shot that we would get that home because we would have to sell a piece of land to afford it and it probably wouldn't still be on the market by the time the Iand sold. I was a little upset with that realtor and decided that that home was not meant to be.

Nonetheless, we listed the land and went through getting a preapproved. In that process we met Michelle. Knowinf the land situation she still encouraged us to look at the house, we ended up falling in love with it. She encouraged us to reach out once the land was sold and we could work on an offer.

Several months later the land was and our dream home was about to go off the market since it hadn't been sold. She encouraged us to make an offer even if it was low, we did and it was accepted! She helped us secure a home loan when our initial one fell through and helped coordinate things with a wishy-washy seller!
