In todays market it is not about what real estate commission you negotiate, it is what you get for the amount you pay. Thinking you will clear more money if you pay a smaller commission is a real amateur mistake. Myra's market knowledge and insights were worth every penny I paid her to sell the house. Her invovement by itself resulted in a selling price probably 30% more than a cut rate agent would have generated for the same property at the same time. Without a doubt, she earned her comission with hard work and a great plan to stage and prep the property for market. There is not anoither agent I would ever consider when selling a property on the Treasure Coast.

Myra Beams is a very pleasant person, who knows her industry. She has a keen eye and she was able to make many recommendations interiors and exteriors that help sell the property. She also knows the right people to do interior painting,gouting, and specialty landscaping. She was in communication with me at least once a week to kept me updated. Since i live in New York City. I would strongly recommend Myra's real Estate agency to sell your property.
