A third-generation real estate broker, Nicole Leininger brings more than 17 years of experience to Ivester Jackson Christie’s. Nicole’s background in the industry goes back to her childhood, as she grew up in a family of REALTORS®. Nicole’s vast experience spans three states and ranges from working with buyers, sellers, investors, to relocations and new construction. Having personally relocated several times throughout her husband’s career, Nicole understands firsthand the stresses of the process as both the customer and the sales associate. She is also a waterfront property specialist and carries the prestigious Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation. A native of Denver, CO, Nicole now calls Mooresville home. Nicole prides herself on being prompt and efficient, keeping her customers informed during every step of the journey and resolving problems quickly.
