I can honestly say this is the 5th house I buy and by far the best experience- the team at Morgan property solutions are on top of the housing market, extremely knowledgeable and a pleaser to work with. If I could give the Morgan group 10 stars, I would!!!!! We found ourselves in a very stressful situation when my brother passed away and I live in a different state. He had a very nice house which needed some remodeling done...but how could I oversee such a project living thousands of miles away? In came Devinee and Oliver, who oversaw all the remodeling for us, kept us on track and on budget. Their contractors were great and did what they said they were going to do. And after all that....they got us a full price offer within a few days being on market!!!!!! (I can't say enough about them...we had even talked with an investor prior to meeting them which would have given over $100,000 less than we got!!!! ) So, don't look further...their honesty, integrity, and knowledge are unbeatable!!
