This review will serve as our very highest recommendation for Real Estate Agent Pamela Billingsley. She assisted my husband and I with the purchase of our home and we can say with confidence that Pamela is the new breed of realtors!
She has the qualities that make her extremely successful and effective as a realtor. We cannot say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the real estate industry. She has high integrity, very conscientious and
tenacious; always keeping the client’s best interests in mind.
One of the qualities respected the most is her sincerity. She does a great job of listening to her client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s needs. She negotiates effectively with the opposing agent on behalf of the client. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late night frantic texts. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. We have the highest level of confidence in her. Our transaction went very smoothly and we closed on time!!!
Pamela has great follow through, even after the transaction was completed and we were happy in our new home, she reached out to us to assure our satisfaction and that there was nothing left unresolved.
As mentioned above, she represented us on the purchase side of the transaction. I also would not hesitate to use her as my listing agent if we were selling a property. What an amazing home buying experience we had with Pamela. She is so knowledgeable about the Atlanta area and our process couldn't have been smoother! Pamela was amazing! She truly knew the area and helped us pick the perfect house and area for our family. We have bought 3 houses prior to this one, and honestly she is the best realtor we have had. I liked her honesty when viewing the houses and didn't feel like she tried to sell me every house we went into, she knew which house would be right for me and my family. Very responsive and quick turnaround time.
