We were moving from Augusta Maine to North Carolina and were referred to Pamela by our Century 21 agent in Maine. Prior to our arrival in NC, Pamela sent us homes to review and had viewing appointments set up for us upon our arrival. It took two days and 15+ plus houses before we found “the one.” Pamela work day, and yes night to help us find our new home. She was/is more than a real estate agent, she is honest, caring, very knowledgeable and more importantly she listened to our wants and needs. She’ll be the first person we call any of our real estate needs.

Pamela was a big help for us in our new home search. She was very professional, punctual, responsive and friendly. We felt confident that we had a agent who represented our best interest. Pamela was very thorough and made and was key to making our home buying experience positive.

Pamela is personable, dedicated, and always responds quickly. She has helped us twice with buying a home and twice with selling a home. All of the transactions went smoothly, even when the buyers/sellers/agents might throw a wrench into the plan. We felt like she was on our side when any questions or problems arose, and we could not be happier with the process. She made it as easy as possible on us, and we would recommend her to anyone and everyone. Thank you, Pamela, for all of your help and hard work!

We have now bought and sold houses twice with Pamela within 6 months. She is so helpful and so quick to respond to any questions we might have or information that we might need when deciding on a purchase and a sale. She does thorough research, and is knowledgeable as to what to look for/beware of/inspect when it comes to potential problems. She is incredibly polite and friendly, and willing to look out for her client on every detail. Her hired photographers and stager were really great, too. We sold within 3 days both times, and we were able to offer a lower-than-asking price that was accepted both times as well! I would recommend Pamela to anyone buying or selling, as she made our experience as smooth and seamless as possible.

Pamela went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I cannot stress how impressed I am with her. She showed me a few houses and when nothing struck my fancy- she had the brilliant idea to comb through the coming soon listings and found the perfect house for me. She immediately called the listing agent and asked why they were not listing it yet, negotiated with her to list the house the following day so that I could see it and make an offer. This is how you win a house for your client in a competitive market!! I am beyond impressed and will send everyone I know to Pamela moving forward. She's amazing at her job!

Pamela was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with us as we searched for homes. She listened and made us feel like were in good hands. She always made sure we understood what was going on and walked us through every step. We could not have picked a better agent.

My situation was I was not in the area so Pam was leaned on very heavily. She excelled in all she did regarding keeping me informed as well as ensuring all information was given me so a decision could be made. Brokers of her standard is hard to find every day.
