Pamela is personable, dedicated, and always responds quickly. She has helped us twice with buying a home and twice with selling a home. All of the transactions went smoothly, even when the buyers/sellers/agents might throw a wrench into the plan. She is so helpful and so quick to respond to any questions we might have or information that we might need when deciding on a purchase and a sale. She does thorough research, and is knowledgeable as to what to look for/beware of/inspect when it comes to potential problems. Pamela went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I cannot stress how impressed I am with her. She showed me a few houses and when nothing struck my fancy- she had the brilliant idea to comb through the coming soon listings and found the perfect house for me. She immediately called the listing agent and asked why they were not listing it yet, negotiated with her to list the house the following day so that I could see it and make an offer. Pamela was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with us as we searched for homes. She listened and made us feel like were in good hands. She always made sure we understood what was going on and walked us through every step. We could not have picked a better agent.
