Only a few hours after the listing we had 3 offers. We accepted one and Patrick handled everything from there. We were out of state and he did an excellent job. I would give him 10 stars but you don't allow it.

I recently engaged Pat Sanderson for a commercial project. I have been extremely satisfied with his work. I'm currently working on a second project and have engaged him to assist there as well. I came from another state and relied on Patrick and his team to find a house for me. I spent one week in VA to get a feel for the area. We looked at existing homes and new constructions. Patrick was always available to help me negotiate the process. He was attentive to my comments as we looked at homes and applied those in looking at the next set of homes. I highly recommend Patrick as a realtor.

In 2010 when I had decided to purchase my first home, I knew there was no one else I'd want to work with. I had known Pat for 5 years, and his reputation in our community spoke for itself. He listened to my needs, and within two months I was making an offer on my house (which I've now owned for over 6 years). From the first initial meeting to the day I signed all of the paperwork and he handed me the keys, I can't imagine anything going better. I knew I had someone that I could trust and rely on, who was going to make sure I had the best experience possible buying a home. I've sent several friends his way, and I plan to continue that. I hope he'll be able to help me out the next time I need to buy!
