Patrick is the co-founder and broker of Neumann + Dunn Real Estate and sole owner of the law firm, Lawyer’s Settlement Group, PLC. With over 23 years experience as a realtor and real estate attorney, Patrick assist sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants and investors in both the Richmond commercial and residential real estate markets. Prior to getting my real estate license, Patrick practiced both residential and commercial real estate law for Shaheen & Shaheen, Williams Mullen and Kutak Rock, and continues to practice real estate law as a value add to his clients.
