Paul's team certainly got us more showings than the previous two realtors combined resulting in a sale. Paul was personally instrumental in getting the listing, but after, it was his associate, Dan Kriger who ultimately worked with the buyer and her realtor to save and ultimately close the sale. A bit disapointed that Paul Saperstein hadn't personally taken a quick minute for a "Thank You Phone Call" to us after the sale, having earned a decent commission thanks to us accepting a lower offer than had been anticipated.
