I had used Phillip to sell a previous house and to buy current house. In those transactions, I felt that Phillip did an excellent job, so I asked him to sell this house as well as referring him to sell my mother's house.

I had been very satisfied with previous results, but in this sale he greatly exceeded expectations. I not only got an offer $15k above asking price, but Phillip also negotiated the final contract so that I only had to do minimal upgrades. Phillip also coordinated with colleague in city I moved to so that the sale of house coincided with purchase of new home. This enabled me to move belongings straight to new house. During the sales process, Phillip was readily accessible, explained things well, gave great advice on how to get best price for home, and was constantly on top of things so that process went smoothly. He really excels at selling homes; both homes he has sold for me have sold in 1 day. I cannot say enough about what a blessing it has been to have him handling the sale of my home.

Phillip goes the extra mile to do an absolutely fantastic job! He is obviously very good at what he does, but he is also a very personable, caring person who makes what can be a stressful experience so much less stressful. I dont plan on living in the area again, but if I did, I would certainly ask Phillip to be my realtor again.
