Ray knows how to take care of people.

I’m in the trades, residential- reconstruction/ restoration almost five years, primarily in roofing. I meet a high-volume of realtors, and he consistently distinguishes himself among his peers.

Ray has had my team conduct pre-listing roof assessments and cost for repairs when necessary, occasionally as a consideration for the sale of a property. Because of this, I’ve seen firsthand the calls he takes from his clients, and the broad range of details he manages for his clients on a daily basis. Everything helping them navigate question from why should I worry about appraisal to what do we do with the furniture. The keyword here is help.

He truly puts his clients needs above everything. Its fun to watch 10/10

I’ve worked with a lot of realtors, and Ray operates on a completely different level.

He doesn’t just show up, he is fully present, engaged, and invested in the outcome. What stood out most is how well he balances client expectations with reality. He truly listens, then aligns that with what actually needs to happen to get the home sold.

His turnaround time is impressive, and his ability to mobilize resources for packing, clearing out, and preparing a property saved an incredible amount of time and stress. He doesn’t just coordinate, he executes.

He even went as far as repairing the outdoor deck himself. That level of ownership is rare.
