As a first time home buyer I started with 3 agents because I wanted to see who would earn the chance to represent me and I wanted them all to have a fair chance to prove to me they could find what I wanted where I wanted in the price range I provided. From the very beginning Mr. Rhett Havener, whom by the way at the time had very little experience, impressed me with his go get it relentless work ethic whom out worked and out hustled the other 2 agents to earn my business. I assumed like I’m sure most people do that because of his lack of experience he would underwhelm or underperform but I was wrong. I asked from the beginning for transparency as I do not work in the real estate world and the lingo is a foreign language, and Rhett did exactly that. He was honest and if there was something he didn’t know he told me he would find out and get right back to me and every time he would deliver on his promises.

Rhett was incredibly patient for what felt like an eternity while my wife and I changed what we wanted from our home. His communication was prompt and he made sure we had every piece of info for the 60 some odd houses we toured. We were in escrow twice with him and he made sure to get us out of a property with unrealistic sellers. After our second escrow had some inspection issues, Rhett was able to negotiate a more than fair resolution for both parties. We'll never look elsewhere for our real estate needs!
