Richard Van Over in one word is exceptional! My wife and I have interacted with other agents in the past who were very good. But Richard has gone above and beyond any expectation my wife and I would have had for an agent. He has been engaged in every aspect of both the sale (of our previous home) and the purchase of new home. We starting working with Richard around October November of 2022 to sell our house in Sacramento while also trying to find a new house Stockton. The process was brutal due to the market but Richard made the experience pleasant. He was able to get us a great offer on our house and closing escrow went smoothly. The process of finding a house wasn’t as easy as selling. We look at tons of houses. Richard was extremely patience. We were all over the map with our desires but he didn’t mind and was willing to show us any and all houses until we narrowed down our wants.
