Richard was born in raised in Stockton. He attended St Mary's High School where he was a 3 sport athlete. Richard attending Sacramento State on a full football scholarship, where he played for 5 years. After a brief stint in Ireland playing rugby, Richard returned to Stockton.

Richard uses his competitive nature that helped him to excel in sports in being the best Realtor in the market. He is constantly training and building his knowledge to be at the fore front of the real estate industry. Richard is a good listener as well as a good communicator.
