Richard was born in raised in Stockton. He attended St Mary's High School where he was a 3 sport athlete. Richard attending Sacramento State on a full football scholarship, where he played for 5 years. After a brief stint in Ireland playing rugby, Richard returned to Stockton.

Richard uses his competitive nature that helped him to excel in sports in being the best Realtor in the market.
