We worked with Rose Riordan on the purchase of our home when relocating from OH to the Naperville area and were extremely satisfied with her high level of responsiveness, communication and availability. She was always available when we needed her and eager to find us exactly what we were looking for at an excellent price.

Her knowledge of the area including neighborhoods, traffic, safety, schools, proximity to services and shopping as well as local housing market trends really helped us narrow down our search quickly and efficiently.

Fast forward years later to when we were relocating out of state and ready to sell and we knew we wanted Rose to handle the sale. She gave us sound advice on prepping the home for sale, pricing, timing, sales plan... everything! We got the price we wanted in 4 days and she handled all of it seamlessly! Absolutely fantastic!!
