Not only did he respond quickly to our every message, but Ryan was open to every inspection request we had and gave us professional, reasonable advice to negotiate a deal as quickly as possible. We never felt like he was "selling" us on anything, but instead that he was a great agent acting on our behalf. He and his wife are also owners of a property management firm, which was extremely helpful when purchasing a rental property that already had existing short term renters that needed to be switched over to us as the new owners. Highly recommend!

We just completed our 2nd purchase closing with Ryan representing us as our buyer's agent.
He knows the market that we are interested in very well, and because of his knowledge of the area, he can often provide more context and history about each property.
He also works well with the other area agents who are often representing the sellers, so it makes it easier to reach an agreement that is satisfactory to both sides of the transaction.

I live in California. I asked a relative of mine who to contact when dealing with real estate in South Haven and she actually named about 4 different people. I reached out to one, 2 years ago. She was helpful but I did not an effective plan. After finally putting my plan together 2 years later, I reached out to 2 different people referred to me by my relative in March 2022. Ryan was the second person I contacted and he responded immediately. The other person was my first contact however it took a day or so for her to respond. Snooze you loose!

The selling of property is exhausting. I learned a lot. Ryan was there day and night despite the 3 hour difference in time. Going to meet him one day when I return home to South Haven, (I return every year) to personally thank him.
