It can be a very stressful & overwhelming time; lots of paperwork, correspondence, open house visits etc. It’s important you have an agent that communicates to you clearly and frequently throughout each step, so you’re looped in on developments. You also need an agent that can provide insight into the market, to allow you to make informed decisions when needed. Samantha provided both of those things for us in abundance & was crucial to ensuring our first property purchase ran smoothly. She clearly explained developments as they occurred, plus provided good advice at key times. We managed to secure a fabulous property that she found for us. Se couldn’t be happier. In this crazy real estate market, it is very important to find someone who will support you and will be there for you all throughout the journey. We are glad and thankful that we found Sam as our real estate agent who'd been with us in 3months from weekly visits to open houses, placing multiple offers, scheduling inspections and being on top of evrything as we move forward towards getting our home. She is definitely the best! We recommend her to our family and friends and we look forward to working with her in the next few years for another investment.

This is my second property purchase with Samantha Hundertmark and the experience just keeps getting better and better! Samantha helped us search for a home for over a year and was very professional throughout the entire process.
