Our story is especially unique and probably unlike many other stories out there.

We initially had a different agent who was unfortunately moving too slow for our needs since we had to be out of our apartment by mid May. Our close friends had referred Samantha to us so we jumped right on it. This was barely at the beginning of COVID-19, nothing to heavy was going on yet. Samantha came over to our home and guided us with a step by step process on our first time homebuyer's experience.

She described each phase to us in detail and made us feel like ANYTHING was possible, considering that we had lost all hope from our previous agent.

Then the hunt began. COVID-19 was starting to get more serious and we were cautious about seeing homes. Samantha encouraged us to be protected and even offered to FaceTime a tour if we felt safer that way. We enjoyed her laid back demeanor while touring, she is very pleasant to talk to and is not at all pushy. She wanted us to find our best home and that's all we could ask for in a realtor!

Samantha was great every step of the way through buying my first house! She went out of her way to help me look around Riverside, and my crazy work schedule meant that I was often out of town and had to rely a lot on texts, emails and video calls, but she excelled in communicating. When I had to switch lenders in escrow, she was cool as a cucumber and made sure that I still closed on time!

In this crazy real estate market, it is very important to find someone who will support you and will be there for you all throughout the journey.
