Sam did a terrific job helping us find our home. She took the time to answer our questions over and over as we navigated this process for the first time. She was always VERY fast to reply when visits needed to be scheduled and helped provide input into the market we were looking at. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking!

Sam is truly everything you need in a realtor all in one package! She is so knowledgeable and truly made us feel like our sale was a priority throughout the entire experience. While we were still deciding when to sell, she was constantly updating us on the comps in our area which kept us more informed than we realized! Samantha was by far the best real estate agent we could have hoped for when looking for a home. We had been let down by other agents before, but she stepped up and was there to help us every step of the way. She kept us in the loop with any changes and was always ready to answer our questions. With the way the 2021-2022 market has been, it was easy to get discouraged but she kept us trying and hopeful, and with her help we were able to purchase our first home January 2022 in spite of the market craziness! I'll definitely be recommending her to family and friends looking to purchase a home.
