Samantha was always courteous, timely, responsive, and helpful - timely and responsive are believe it or not something not all agents are actually getting a A in. She was very knowledgeable about the local market and successfully negotiated with the other party regarding how we wanted our deal set up - for example there was an issue surrounding a special assessment that was not previously disclosed, and per this was able to negotiate a lower cost for our home. Later she was also able to assist my parents in their search as well, and despite the fact that they ended up going with a home she was not coordinating she was still polite and respectful to the end.
