We had contacted another agent before we heard from Samer. The other agent seemed uninterested in our sale and wanted to set the price so low. She walked through our house and never said anything positive. Just that she knew the layout and didn't need to see the whole house. We didn't have the greatest confidence in the agent and then we learned of Samer Samer came into our house with such a positive attitude and was so honest with us. He knew the house was worth more because he knew the area. He was so helpful with suggestions and gave us great advice. When we moved to our new home in another state, he made it a point to constantly check on our house and made certain everything was perfect for any buyers to look at it.
