Scott Furtney and his wife, Rhonda, were very helpful throughout the whole process. They even helped with additional lender credits. Their hospitality and geniality made my wife and I feel right at home. I would definitely recommend Scott and Rhonda to anyone looking to purchase a home in the area.

I had originally connected with another agency and requested to view homes but the agent was unavailable and then the alternate agent also became unavailable after I had arrived in town. I am very happy that we ended up working with Scott Furthey as he provided excellent service to help us in our home selection. He listened to our feedback on what we were looking for and provided us with several options to consider.
We decided on a new build and Scott coordinated with the builder to give us a number of options to consider.

Scott was very accommodating to us throughout the build as we were several hours away. He helped us coordinate purchases, facilitated having someone on site for delivery and service of an issue, and navigated us to appropriate service providers to help us get set up. He was always pleasant and professional and, most importantly, available when we needed assistance. Overall it was a great experience working with Scott and his staff.

When buying our first home we were very nervous and thought it would be an extremely stressful experience. However working with Scott and Rhonda made the process extremely simple. Even with being on the other side of the country they always made time to ensure both my husband and I understood everything. Overall they did an amazing job and made the process very simple! Great people to work with!!!
