I worked with YHSGR, Sharad and Karen recently for the sale of my property. It was all a good and smooth experience right from the beginning to closing the sale of the property. I had multiple conversations with Sharad initially to understand the entire process and how can we go about executing it (Sharad being a good neighbor of mine, it was even more easier.) We started on setting up the property to fix some worn out stuff so that the house is even more prettier.Sharad helped me with the contractor and took care of it. I had to step out of the country during this process, but Sharad helped me setup the POA in case there is any delay for me to come back at the time of closing. Then we together decided on a timeframe to open an online auction and that's it, rest was all done smoothly until the close
