Silvia did a GREAT job selling our investment house in Petersburg. She found the buyer very soon after listing! The closing happened quickly, and with no glitches. Silvia is very organized, helpful and was super to work with. I can highly recommend her to sell your home in Richmond, or the Tri-Cities area.

Silvia was my realtor when I stepped out to purchase my first home 13 yrs ago. I was so impressed with her knowledge and perseverance that I solicited her (again) 13 years later to sell my home and relocate to Florida. Once again, she ranks as one of the best realtors who's very knowledgeable, takes her job serious and maintains professionalism and honesty every step of the way.
