Stephanie Johnson

My name is Stephanie Nicole Johnson. I was born in Germany, served in the Army, and finally settled in Richmond, VA, after leaving the military. I am a full-time real estate agent. I enjoy my career as a Realtor, as real estate is my passion. I work mornings, evenings, and weekends—whenever is convenient for my clients. I love what I do, so often it really does not feel like work at all!

My philosophy about real estate is that I am here to help two parties (the buyer and the seller) find each other and complete the transaction as smoothly as possible. I am an advocate for my clients. My job is to obtain the best price, terms, and conditions for my clients, not to worry about the other party's preferences. I find, however, that real estate transactions are far more satisfactory for both parties when the closing is a pleasant experience. I look forward to working with you!
