My experience working with Fernando has been amazing. I first met him in 2018, helping me find my perfect first home. He was extremely informative, supportive, and guided me to make a good decision. Even after purchasing the home, he kept in touch and provided annual information related to the area to keep me informed on potential sales. I decided to rent my home and he was on top of it. He was able to provide management support and I couldnt ask for better management. Its been 3 years and he's always keeping me informed and whenever theres an issue, he's right on it. I highly recommend Fernando as your next realtor. I do believe he has your best interest and he will go above and beyond to ensure you find what you want/need. Hes transparent is will make sure he is upfront with all the facts!

I would recommend Fernando to anyone. He was a very thorough realtor. He uses all the latest up to date search engines to find the home of your dreams. He made sure I was well aware of very aspect of buying a new home. He is very professional and kind to work with as well. I will be using Fernando again if I ever decide to buy another home.

I cannot recommend Fernando enough! Through every step of my house hunting and home buying experience, Fernando was a true partner. I was fortunate to find him. He knows the Richmond neighborhoods and housing market well, and also the relevant market dynamics. He even knows the local music scene, and was sure to introduce me to the best coffee and burger joints : ) He focused me when I needed to be, but also let me explore options so I could find a place to call home in this crazy competitive market. He and I also just had so much fun exploring everything from attics and basements to foundations and crawl spaces. He knows a ton about building and infrastructure, so that came in handy, too.
