This man means business for his customers.
I don't know a lot of real estate agents that get down and dirty for their clients and this man will not hesitate to make sure what you are buying is worth what you're about to invest into.
He doesn't just go the extra mile, he goes the distance! Always respectful ,polite ,answers your calls and texts, updates frequently, through and through I highly recommend him. If you think you can't find a house, think again. He's pretty good at wheres waldo,he will find your future home and help bring it in for a smooth landing.
Very easy to collaborate negotiation tactics with and ideas with, he studies the area and the housing market he even goes as far as schools and even more when looking.
All in all it really calm smooth experience. Highly highly recommended !

Fernando has been the best realtor I could ever have asked for! I have had three previous realtors in my home buying journey, and those three do not compare to this man! Not only is he very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the area, but he’s also willing to go under the house to look in the crawlspaces, he advocates for his clients, and he is as patient as Job! Even after purchasing the home, he kept in touch and provided annual information related to the area to keep me informed on potential sales. I decided to rent my home and he was on top of it. He was able to provide management support and I couldnt ask for better management. Its been 3 years and he's always keeping me informed and whenever theres an issue, he's right on it.
