I'm a graduate of Averett College and hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. I received my Virginia real estate license in 2014 and joined Weichert Realtors, Brockwell & Associates. I bring a wealth of knowledge, which includes thirteen years of sales experience, people skills, negotiating skills, communication and listening skills, networking skills, and a strong work ethic to enhance my real estate career.

We happened to meet Norris directly after a bad experience with a buyer's agent who regularly didn't call us back and had difficulty scheduling showings. When we first met Norris, we were impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm. He was always responsive to texts and calls, working hard to ensure we got a fair price for our new home. We could not have hand-picked someone better to help us find our new home. Norris was extremely attentive to our needs and determined to help us. My husband's work schedule is all over the board and Norris met every change of appointment with a smile. It is clear to see that he loves what he is doing and takes great pride in making his clients happy.
He even followed through with us after the sale was complete making sure all was well. I can't say enough about how blessed we were when he responded to our 1st inquiry on buying a house.

If anyone is looking for a great realtor to help find a home, Mr. Norris would be the perfect man for the job. He is excellent. He worked around the clock for me going above and beyond. It didn't matter what time or day it was, he was there. I would recommend anyone I know that needs a realtor to him. In my opinion he deserves ten stars instead of five for a job well done.
