We recently had the pleasure of buying a Duplex with Simone Duval as our realtor. The transaction had a lot of moving parts because we were buying together with our daughter and we were doing a 1031 exchange.

Simone really impressed me throughout the process--She communicated easily with every party to the transaction. She gently kept things going and offered helpful reminders and suggestions. She ensured that everyone was kept informed and when the sale of the other property slowed down, she even contacted our other realtor to offer assistance.
