Top to bottom service from Sky Minor for selling a multi unit property in Southern California. Sky got the property in good shape using his contractors. He is knowledgable about construction work and can get things done on time and under budget. He dealt with the tenant during showings, inspections and repairs making our lives easier. When the buyers appraisal had issues that would prevent closing Sky sprang into action and solved every problem within two days. He got us top dollar for that property, we will use him again.

1. Sourcing and managing the rehab work to get the house painted and fixed.
2. Getting multiple offers and never giving up as three separate buyers fell out of escrow.
3. Keeping me in the loop 24/7 while traveling between CA, FL and the Bahamas.

We were able to close on a home purchase full of obstacles, thanks to Sky! We had found a home we really liked, but to make our offer competitive, we needed to secure the loan within two weeks (usually takes a month for these things). Sky came to us with a positive attitude and extensive knowledge and said, "This will be tough, but I will do everything I can,” and he did. He worked tirelessly to get our loan completed on time.
It was a challenging and uncertain escrow with several unique variables, but Sky remained in constant communication with us, our real estate agent, escrow, etc (all who also loved working with him). He truly went above and beyond while making the process easy on our end. He guided us every step of the way with a calm demeanor, a smile, and a good joke. We would work with Sky again in a heartbeat!

I'll make it simple: if you're even THINKING about buying a house (especially on the East Side), give Sky a call. Just do it... thank me later.

Pros (in order of importance):

-Sky likes a good bargain (being active in real estate himself)... and that translates very well with investment savvy clients like myself. This is incredibly important. A lot of agents (95% of them) won't go the extra mile and take the risk and submit an offer for a dangerously low price because it means less commission for them, and it could cost them the deal. They'd rather just make excuses as to why the house is "worth" the ask price and not make an effort. Not so with Sky... he'll go to bat for you and has a talent for throwing around ball park numbers with the seller's agent to find out where the absolute floor is, ie where you're almost spitting in the seller's face.
