Jennifer Sandvos has built a distinguished real estate career spanning more than 20 years, earning her license in 2003. Known for her professionalism, market expertise, and strong negotiation skills, Jennifer specializes in representing residential buyers and sellers of luxury homes, estate properties, subdivision homes, and homes on acreage, including equestrian and ranch properties.

Early in her career, Jennifer joined the number-one RE/MAX Gold team in her region and quickly earned performance awards for her results. Her commitment to excellence and continued professional development has helped her remain a consistent top-performing agent throughout her career.

Jennifer brings a broad understanding of the real estate market, having worked across multiple areas of the industry, including operating a property management company, where she successfully tripled the business in just a few months. She also has experience in commercial and HOA management. This experience gives her clients a strategic advantage when navigating complex transactions, high-value properties, and unique homes with land.

She is a Lifetime Master’s Club member and a Million Dollar Guild member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, a distinction awarded to agents with proven experience in the luxury market. Together, they are passionate about giving back through serving their community, their church, veterans, first responders, and other local charitable or volunteer opportunities.
