I called Stephanie after reading rave reviews online. There was a reason for them. She's experienced, professional, very knowledgeable. She chose the right price for my home which was higher than I was anticipating, and after 2 weeks we sold for very close to it. The professional photographer did an amazing job, the property online looked fantastic and immediately grabbed interest. The closing went smooth and I didn't even have to attend which worked out well as I was out of state. I hired Stephanie to sell my property and she did a great job.
